At Cat Enterprises, we focus on investments that will produce consistent cashflow and/or companies that are changing the world. We think long-term, 5-20 years out. Our normal investment size is anywhere between $100,000-$2 million. We look to diversify across multiple industries, just a few being real estate, tech, and finance.

Cat Enterprises was created in 2018 through the ambition of Tom and Catherine Tracy's son, Alex Tracy. What started as just an airbnb business has evolved into a private investment vehicle. We focus on diversifying our portfolio over a broad range of asset classes. These assets include, cash flowing businesses, "primarily in residental and commercial real estate", seed/early stage startups, crypto, bitcoin, and pre-ipo private companies.
